These Terms govern access to and use of stream.asiago.ai and related Asiago services offered in the United States. The Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and Copyright and DMCA Process are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service or create an account.
1. Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 13 and legally permitted to use Asiago. If you are 13 through 17, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Account creation must require an unchecked affirmative agreement to the current Terms and Privacy Policy, an age-eligibility attestation, and a durable record of the accepted versions and timestamp. A later material version may require renewed agreement.
2. The launch service
Asiago is a short-form entertainment service featuring persistent fictional AI creators and AI-generated videos, voices, stories, images, and related material. Where enabled, viewers may create accounts, receive recommendations, follow creators, like, share, repost, maintain a public profile, comment, and vote on audience ideas.
Accounts, comments, public profiles, and reposts are owner-authorized launch features but may remain unavailable until their security, privacy, consent, reporting, moderation, and release checks pass.
Creator subscriptions may be displayed only as “Coming soon.” No payment, subscription, entitlement, posting guarantee, creator publication promise, employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or right to compensation is offered at launch. Creator intake/publication and unrestricted public generation remain unavailable until separately approved.
3. AI-generated entertainment
All videos and creator content on Asiago are AI-generated entertainment. Characters and stories may be fictional. A persistent service-level notice will communicate that fact; Asiago does not use a redundant badge on every video.
AI output can contain visual or audio artifacts, implausible events, mistakes, or inaccurate statements. Unless Asiago expressly identifies a source-backed item, do not treat creator content as a record of real events, a real person’s endorsement, news, fact, professional advice, safety instruction, or a substitute for qualified advice.
You may not remove, obscure, or misrepresent Asiago’s AI disclosure when using an authorized share feature.
4. Accounts, profiles, and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify support@ppgs.global of suspected unauthorized access. We may require verification, invalidate sessions, or restrict access to protect the service.
Public profiles require explicit opt-in. If you opt in, your display name, handle, biography, follower/following counts, comments, and repost collection may be visible to anyone and may be copied, indexed, or reshared. Watch history, private likes, authentication information, and recommendation scores are not intended to be public.
Usernames and handles are licensed for use, not owned. Asiago may change or reclaim a handle that violates policy, infringes rights, impersonates another person, or is needed to resolve a dispute.
5. User Content
“User Content” includes comments, profile text, reports, creator-interest or application material, uploads, and other content you submit.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in User Content. You grant Asiago a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, moderate, and analyze User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, enforce these Terms, and provide features you choose.
For comments and votes, this includes grouping similar feedback, producing aggregate audience themes, and using those themes as bounded input to future fictional stories. Audience input does not guarantee attribution, adoption, compensation, canon control, or a particular story outcome.
The license for public comments and profile content continues while the content remains public and during the adopted deletion and backup period after removal. De-identified aggregate signals, lawfully produced content, and records retained under a documented legal, safety, security, or rights hold may remain as permitted by law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and authorize these uses. Do not submit private, confidential, infringing, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.
6. Community participation and moderation
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. We may investigate reports and content; restrict visibility or features; remove content; preserve evidence; warn, suspend, or terminate an account; and refer matters to appropriate authorities when lawful and appropriate.
Automated tools may help classify, cluster, or prioritize content, but consequential moderation should receive human review where feasible. Decisions may consider severity, context, likely harm, intent, prior behavior, evasion, and legal obligations.
Appeals of community enforcement may be submitted to safety@ppgs.global within 30 days of notice. Asiago will aim to acknowledge a complete appeal within two business days and decide it within 10 business days, subject to safety, legal, volume, and investigation needs. These targets must be operationally verified before comments activate.
Asiago does not undertake a general obligation to monitor every item and cannot guarantee that objectionable content will never appear.
7. Creator applications require a separate agreement
Creator subscriptions are not available at launch. If a creator-application feature is later enabled, submitting an application permits Asiago to store and review it and, only under the disclosed and approved provider workflow, use application text to prepare an internal draft creator concept. Submission alone does not authorize public use of a person’s likeness or voice, transfer ownership, create compensation, or guarantee approval or publication.
Before publishing or commercially using a viewer-submitted creator, Asiago and the applicant must enter a separate counsel-approved Creator Program Agreement addressing input/output ownership, likeness and voice releases, AI processing, provenance, compensation, sponsorships, termination, and deletion.
8. Asiago content and intellectual property
The service, software, brand, interfaces, curation, human-authored material, and other content supplied by Asiago or its licensors are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, Asiago grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection. Asiago does not promise that output is exclusive, protectable, or free of similarity to other material. Nothing transfers rights in the Asiago brand, software, creator identities, or third-party material.
You may use supported sharing tools and links. You may not remove notices, scrape or redistribute protected media, commercially exploit content, train another model on the service or its creators, create misleading edits, or imply endorsement without written permission.
9. Copyright and other rights complaints
Copyright complaints may be sent to dmca@ppgs.global and should follow the Copyright and DMCA Process. Privacy, publicity, impersonation, and safety concerns may be sent to safety@ppgs.global or privacy@ppgs.global as appropriate.
The supplied copyright email is not proof that Asiago has a currently registered DMCA agent. Asiago does not claim statutory safe-harbor eligibility merely by publishing a process. Registration, agent details, operational intake, counter-notice handling, and a consistent repeat-infringer policy must be completed before making that claim.
10. No day-one advertising or payments
Asiago accepts and serves no ads on day one. Paid ads, third-party advertiser inventory, advertiser ingestion, targeting, tracking, billing, and Asiago house promotions are disabled. Internal development or testing of future house-promotion capability does not authorize production delivery.
No payment processor or paid subscription is active. A “Coming soon” message or interest selection is not a purchase, trial, reservation, guarantee, or promise of a launch date.
Any future paid feature or advertising program will require separate terms, truthful and substantiated claims, clear disclosures, pricing and cancellation rules, privacy review, operational support, and explicit release authorization.
11. Third-party services and links
Asiago may rely on service providers or link to third-party services, including Google sign-in, external source links, font delivery, infrastructure, and approved AI processing. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. A link does not imply endorsement, and Asiago is not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes and availability
The service is evolving and may change, pause, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee that any creator, storyline, comment, profile, recommendation, or future feature will remain available or that audience input will affect a story.
We may update these Terms. For a material change, we will provide legally sufficient notice and request renewed agreement when required. The posted version and effective date control.
13. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Asiago at any time and may request account deletion through privacy@ppgs.global until self-service deletion is implemented. We may suspend or terminate access for a policy violation, legal requirement, security risk, harm to others, or discontinuation of the service. We will provide notice and an appeal opportunity when appropriate, lawful, and safe.
Termination does not erase provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, permitted record retention, disclaimers, limitations, dispute terms, and licenses for content lawfully retained or already incorporated into a permitted aggregate or production record.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asiago is provided “as is” and “as available.” PPGS Global LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability of content, a particular recommendation or creative result, or that AI output is accurate or suitable for reliance.
These disclaimers do not exclude any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not excuse obligations imposed by applicable privacy, consumer-protection, or other law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPGS Global LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Asiago.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Asiago in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including as applicable for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or violation of non-waivable rights.
16. Limited indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, if you submit User Content or misuse the service, you agree to defend and indemnify PPGS Global LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful User Content, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to claims caused by Asiago’s own unlawful conduct and does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Asiago will provide reasonable notice and permit reasonable participation in the defense.
17. Missouri law and venue
Missouri law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory federal law and non-waivable law of your home state continue to apply.
Before filing a dispute, send a written description and requested resolution to legal@ppgs.global and PPGS Global LLC, 11756 Borman Drive, St. Louis, MO 63146. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days, unless urgent injunctive relief or a legal deadline requires earlier action.
Any court action must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, or the federal court serving St. Louis County, Missouri, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable law gives a consumer a non-waivable right to another forum.
This release candidate does not require arbitration and does not contain a class-action waiver.
18. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; PPGS Global LLC may assign them with the service or business, subject to applicable law. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the launch service and supersede prior statements about it. Electronic notices and records may satisfy written-notice requirements where lawful.
