Community Guidelines

Asiago is a fictional AI-entertainment community for United States users age 13 or older. These guidelines apply to profiles, comments, votes, reposts, reports, creator-interest or application material, reference images or audio, story suggestions, and shared content.

The basic rule

Participate as though real people can be affected even when an on-screen creator is fictional. Be honest about AI, respect privacy and rights, and do not use fiction as cover for harm.

All videos and creator content on Asiago are AI-generated entertainment. Characters and stories may be fictional.

What is welcome

• reactions, criticism, jokes, theories, and story suggestions directed at the content rather than attacks on a person;
• respectful disagreement;
• original fictional creator concepts supported by rights-cleared material;
• clear parody or satire that is not deceptive and does not violate rights; and
• audience ideas that leave final creative, safety, and publication decisions to Asiago’s human owners.

Comments may be grouped with similar comments and summarized as an audience theme. Votes can affect a theme’s weight, but no single comment controls a story. A creator labeled “No community influence” does not use comments to direct canon.

Content we remove or restrict

Child safety and sexual exploitation

No sexual content involving minors, grooming, solicitation, child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of young-looking people, or attempts to move a minor into private contact. No non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit synthetic media of a real person.

Violence, self-harm, and dangerous behavior

No credible threats, instruction or celebration of real-world violence, terrorism or violent-extremist support, graphic gore intended to shock, dangerous challenges, or content that meaningfully facilitates self-harm. The launch service is intended for a general 13+ audience: mature fictional themes must remain non-graphic and must not instruct or encourage real harm.

Hate, harassment, and bullying

No attacks, dehumanization, exclusion, slurs, or calls for harm based on protected characteristics. No targeted abuse, stalking, dogpiling, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact. Critique ideas and entertainment; do not direct cruelty at users, applicants, staff, or real people who may resemble generated characters.

Privacy and personal information

No doxxing, passwords, private messages, government identifiers, financial details, health records, intimate information, precise location, or other sensitive personal information. Do not identify an anonymous viewer or claim that a fictional creator secretly represents a real person.

Deception and impersonation

No deceptive real-person impersonation, fabricated evidence, fake endorsements, synthetic media presented as a real event, scams, phishing, false fundraising, or manipulation of audience votes. Do not obscure Asiago’s AI-generated-entertainment disclosure.

Intellectual property and identity rights

Submit only material you own or have permission to use. No unauthorized copyrighted characters, brand assets, music, celebrity or private-person replicas, or cloned voices. Copyright complaints go to dmca@ppgs.global. Privacy, publicity, impersonation, or likeness complaints go to safety@ppgs.global or privacy@ppgs.global.

Illegal or regulated activity

No trafficking, fraud, malware, unauthorized weapons or drug sales, instructions designed to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or promotion of regulated products contrary to law or Asiago policy. Advertising and creator commerce are disabled at launch. Future alcohol, cannabis, tobacco/nicotine, gambling, financial-product, health-product, or political promotion requires separate counsel-approved rules.

Spam and engagement manipulation

No repetitive promotion, irrelevant links, bulk comments, coordinated inauthentic votes, fake accounts, or attempts to manufacture story influence or popularity.

AI creator and application rules

Creator subscriptions are “Coming soon” only; no payment, entitlement, guarantee, or launch date is offered. Creator intake and publication remain a separate future stage.

Any future applicant must accurately identify who owns each input and who is depicted or heard. Human review is required, but review does not itself prove ownership. Before public use of a submitted creator, Asiago must have a separate Creator Program Agreement and, where applicable, signed releases for each recognizable person or voice. Content involving minors, public figures, sensitive traits, or lookalikes/soundalikes requires heightened review and may be prohibited.

Fictional creators may not claim real experiences, credentials, product use, or personal opinions that they cannot truthfully possess. Fiction may not be used to make deceptive factual or endorsement claims.

Advertising

Asiago accepts and serves no ads on day one. Paid advertising, third-party advertiser inventory, targeting, tracking, billing, and Asiago house promotions are disabled. Internal development of future promotion capability does not authorize it.

Any later commercial content must have separately approved eligibility, substantiation, privacy, and disclosure rules. A material connection must be clear and conspicuous near the relevant claim, and fictional creators may not claim product experience that did not occur.

Enforcement and appeals

Asiago may use automated signals to flag or prioritize content, but human review should decide consequential action where feasible. Actions may include no action, warning, visibility restriction, feature restriction, removal, application rejection, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or emergency escalation.

Decisions may consider severity, likelihood of harm, context, public interest, intent, prior violations, and evasion. Severe violations may result in immediate action without warning when lawful and appropriate.

A person directly affected by a moderation decision may appeal within 30 days by emailing safety@ppgs.global with the decision identifier and relevant context. A different reviewer should handle the appeal when practical. Asiago aims to acknowledge a complete appeal within two business days and decide it within 10 business days, subject to legal, safety, volume, and investigation needs. These targets must be tested before comments activate.

Reporting

Report community or safety concerns to safety@ppgs.global. Include the content URL or identifier, what happened, and supporting information. Do not attach child sexual abuse material; report its location and preserve the original source for lawful reporting.
