Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to accounts, profiles, comments, votes, reposts, reports, creator-interest or application material, uploads, prompts, APIs, automation, sharing, and any other use of Asiago. The Community Guidelines provide additional content rules. The launch service is for United States users age 13 or older.

1. Safety and unlawful conduct

Do not use Asiago to:

• violate law or another person’s rights;
• exploit, endanger, sexualize, groom, or solicit a minor;
• threaten, promote, celebrate, or coordinate violence or serious harm;
• encourage suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, or dangerous challenges;
• buy, sell, facilitate, or provide instructions for illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, fraud, unauthorized gambling, or other regulated or illegal activity;
• harass, stalk, dox, extort, blackmail, or expose private or sensitive information;
• discriminate against or attack people based on protected characteristics;
• create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit synthetic media of a real person; or
• evade sanctions, export controls, court orders, or lawful restrictions.

2. Identity, likeness, and deception

Do not:

• deceptively impersonate a real person, organization, public official, or Asiago staff member;
• provide or direct use of another person’s face, body, name, voice, performance, or private information without required rights and consent;
• create a deceptive synthetic representation of a real person;
• claim that an AI-generated event happened, that a fictional creator is a real person, or that a real person endorsed or participated in content;
• remove or obscure Asiago’s AI-generated-entertainment, source, promotion, or safety disclosures; or
• mislead people about origin, affiliation, authorship, sponsorship, or ownership.

Creator applications involving a real person, minor, public figure, or person other than the applicant require a separate verified, counsel-approved release process. A checkbox alone is not sufficient proof.

3. Intellectual property

Do not submit or use material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, music, performance, database, or other rights. Do not request unauthorized replicas of copyrighted characters, protected brand assets, living artists’ signature work, or real people. Do not remove rights-management information, watermarks, or attribution.

Do not scrape or download Asiago media, creator reference assets, voices, scripts, or story data to train, tune, evaluate, or improve another model or service without written authorization.

4. Platform and security abuse

Do not:

• probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization;
• bypass authentication, access controls, publication holds, quotas, rate limits, safety gates, or recommendation eligibility;
• access another person’s account, session, data, creator assets, or non-public media;
• submit malware, malicious code, hidden instructions, credential-harvesting material, or prompt-injection content intended to control internal systems;
• send automated traffic, scrape, crawl, bulk-register, mass-comment, manipulate votes, or inflate engagement without written permission;
• overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, interfere with, or degrade Asiago or its providers;
• use generation routes for resource theft, unauthorized commercial generation, cryptocurrency mining, or denial of service;
• resell access or share protected keys, sessions, or accounts; or
• use output or service access to develop a competing creator identity, voice, or model in violation of rights or agreements.

5. Spam, scams, and manipulation

Do not post repetitive or irrelevant material, phishing, deceptive links, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment claims, undisclosed promotion, manipulated engagement, or false requests for money or credentials. Do not coordinate accounts to manufacture audience “consensus” or story influence.

6. Sensitive and high-impact uses

Asiago is entertainment. Do not use it to make or materially support decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admission, health care, immigration, voting eligibility, or access to essential services. Do not present creator output as personalized medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

7. Data and privacy

Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, government identifiers, financial account numbers, health records, precise location, private messages, or other sensitive personal information in comments, profiles, reports, prompts, or uploads. Do not collect, identify, or infer personal information about other users outside supported service functions.

8. Commercial content and advertising

Asiago accepts and serves no advertising on day one. Paid ads, third-party advertiser inventory, targeting, tracking, billing, and Asiago house promotions are disabled. Creator subscriptions are “Coming soon” only.

If commercial content is later authorized, paid, sponsored, affiliate, gifted, employment, ownership, or other material connections must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Claims must be truthful and supported before publication. No future commercial program is authorized by this policy.

9. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, Asiago may reject a submission, remove or restrict content, disable a feature, reduce distribution, preserve evidence, warn a user, suspend or terminate an account, or refer a matter to appropriate authorities. Serious safety, exploitation, fraud, malicious-security, or repeat-infringement violations may result in immediate action.

When appropriate, lawful, and safe, Asiago will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Appeals may be sent to safety@ppgs.global within 30 days of notice. Asiago aims to acknowledge a complete appeal within two business days and decide it within 10 business days, subject to legal, safety, volume, and investigation needs. These targets must be operationally verified before comments activate.

10. Reporting

Report community, abuse, or safety concerns to safety@ppgs.global. Include the relevant URL or identifier, a concise explanation, and supporting information. Do not email passwords, government identifiers, or child sexual abuse material. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Asiago is not an emergency monitoring service.
